Denver's Story...
Hello potential adopter. If you are seeing this pet on this website he/she is available so there is no need to email us for a status update. We update this site regularly. Meet and Greet instructions are provided below. Don't miss out in adopting this wonderful kitty. Please be sure to read the bio below.

Meet Handsome Denver, who was born around August 16, 2015. This all white, handsome boy is so sweet and super friendly. He is adventurous, playful and curious. Loves playing and being petted and snuggling. He is very people oriented and enjoys cuddling in bed and on the couch with you while you relax. He is very vocal, and elegant when he walks and we feel he may be miked with Siamese.

Denver is the brother to Kenyon and son of Whitney. He thrives for affection, and petting. He was surrendered along with Whitney, Dutchess, Nola, and Kenyon from a local family as they had too many kitties. The kitties were in a home with young children, a dog and other kitties and I was told fabulous with them all. He is currently in a foster home with large dogs and puppies who he loves and walks among them. He is also in a foster home with other kitties who he is great with. He loves men, women, children, and people and animals. He really is a totally fabulous kitty. He loves playing with toys and is very curious about everything, but then again he is very young. He loves kneading his blankets and beds, but doesn't really extend his claws much.

He is being fostered in a South Naperville home, which is where you would go for a meet and greet with an approved adoption application.

If you think this kitty is the one for you, please fill out an adoption application today which can be found at! With an approved application, we will then schedule a meet and greet for you which will take place in Naperville.

The adoption fee of $100.00 includes: The neuter which is now done, kitty box trained, microchipped, FeLv/FIV testing which was negative, dewormed, treated with revolution for the prevention of fleas, and up to date on routine vaccinations for FVRCP, and Rabies Vaccinated. You will also receive a free office visit to one of our participating vets for a free wellness exam.

Thank you for looking at our rescued animals, and we look forward to reviewing your adoption application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Denver, a Naperville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
