Janis Hoplin's Story...
Janis Hoplin is a very beautiful one-year-old, female English Spot Rabbit looking for a loving guardian.

Janis Hoplin is a retired school rabbit and she was tired of being poked and prodded. So, she can be territorial of her space. If given a larger pen and the space to come around … she is one happy rabbit. She just loves to run around. She’s best in a home with adults and teenagers who are rabbit experienced.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Janis Hoplin, a Chicago English Spot was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Spot for sale in Chicago, or seeking a English Spot from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Spot breeders who help with English Spot rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
