Tristy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Tristy's Story...
Tristy is a brindle-colored female boxer. She really likes to be with people and she is friendly with everyone. She enjoys her treats and she is learning to sit. Tristy does not want to be around other dogs. This might change as she adjusts to being at the shelter but for right now, she should be the only dog. She is full grown at 3 years old (date of birth 12/21/12) and 56 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her shots. Tristy is searching for a forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tristy, a McCormick Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in McCormick, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in McCormick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McCormick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McCormick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McCormick paves the way for another one to be saved.
