Otter is a "chiweenie" who is beyond adorable! She is dog friendly, happy and has a personality for days! Otter is a social girl and greets everyone she meets with extreme wiggles! She isn't not a "barker" and is good in her cage. She loves chew toys, plush toys, and especially treats! Otter is about 2 years old and is looking for a forever home.
