Nugget, who has stayed with us for just over 2 months. We got him shortly after losing our precious rescue, Jack, to old age. We thought Nugget would be a perfect fit for our family. We got him from a sweet, young family who discovered the dad was highly allergic to Nugget. We have since discovered that although Nugget has many wonderful qualities, he would be better in another home. He is sweet, super soft, potty trained, even rings a bell to let you know he needs to go outside. He is microchipped, neutered, trained to give high fives and he definitely protects his family and yard. He is great with kids and other dogs. He does have skin allergies and is on a prescription for it and an OTC antihistamine daily. He takes a biweekly shot of an allergenic extract as well. He loves people and is super friendly. We would love to see Nugget go to a warm and loving home. Please let us know what we need to do to help him in this search for the best family.
