Meet Beau! This handsome boy was rescued from BARC animal shelter here in Houston Texas by an amazing guy who works with rescues to help pull dogs from that particular shelter.
Beau is a happy dog who LOVES to run and play! He is young, estimated to be no more than 2 yrs of age, and this pup is looking for his next adventure full of love, laughter, and fun! We believe him to be a labrador mix of some sort, as he has very labrador qualities. He loves to play in the water, adores the game fetch, gets along with all people and other dogs, and overall has a generally happy disposition every minute of every day! Sounds Lab to us!
Beau is energetic, so will need a big yard to run and play in, no small apartments for this boy. He is exceptionally well behaved with his handler, and will follow your commands when given. He walks great both on and off leash, so for any hikers, bikers, or trail runners, THIS is the boy for you! Once he's had his fun, he will curl up on his bed and take a rest, or happily chew on his elk antler which is always close by! Beau already has most of his basic obedience down, he knows sit, stay and settle. He also knows go to crate and lay down. Beau is very smart, so things like agility or dock dog he would more than excel at. He has a joy for life that spreads to whoever is close to him, so if your looking for a new pup who is eager to go on life's big adventures with you, then look no further, Beau is your boy!
Beau is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and HW negative!
