Luna's Story...

This dog was someone else's dog but when it got parvo they could not afford the vet treatment - so another family took it and paid for the vet care - but this new family - they are NOT dog people and they just wanted to help the dog… but the dog sits in the yard and digs … it is not walked and not in the house. Will need to be crate trained etc. It needs to be fixed too - Needs a new home. Friendly good with kids etc…

A great rescue out of San Diego -
they were willing to take her on.
She will be fixed and microchipped.

I drove her down there - she is a sweet dog - really interacts well with kids and people.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Harbor City Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Harbor City, or seeking a Husky puppy from a breeder in Harbor City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harbor City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harbor City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harbor City paves the way for another one to be saved.
