Tippy is a cute little Spectacled Amazon. He came to us from a home that had a few too many birds. The family was overwhelmed and decided that Tippy should find a forever home where he could get all the time and attention he deserves. Tippy is a perfectly behaved little guy! His age is unknown but we are estimating him to be in his late teens. Tippy can be shy but warms up fast. He needs you to be the family that brings him out of his shell!
