I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

*Courtesy Post* Trinity's Story...
Trinity is a 12 year old pit mix. She was removed from an irresponsible owner who was cited for neglect and, sadly, has always been an outside dog. She is looking for someone who will help manage her health and give her a home where she can live out the rest of her days peacefully and care-free. Trinity is still spunky and excellent with people and other animals. This sweet senior dog deserves the chance at a REAL home with REAL love and kindness.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

*Courtesy Post* Trinity, a Peoria Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Peoria, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Peoria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Peoria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Peoria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Peoria paves the way for another one to be saved.
