Welcome Noelle, our Boxing Day rescue! She's been in the shelter for over a month due to an adopter and rescue backing out so she became very urgent. We had a foster offer so we were able to take her into rescue. She's small at about 30lbs but super skinny! Sweet, knows a few commands! Ignored a cat colony at the shelter.
