My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

From Director Greg Willey...I know I am not supposed to be in the habit of picking favorites, but... After I opened this older Boxer's cage to say hello, I guess I accidentally didn't close it all the way. Anyway, I am walking down the aisle checking out the other dogs when I look down and there is Southpaw walking right beside me. He looked up at me with eyes that said, "I'm ready to go whenever you are!" Those are the moments when I remember why I love rescue. Stop by for silly Southpaw. He's one heck of a dog! Southpaw is 5 years old.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
