Wyatt's Story...
Hey, my name is Wyatt what's yours? I am a 2 and a 1/2 year old neutered male and I am just looking for a place with a someone to call my own. Previously I lived at a Doctors (veterinarian you humans call it) and I had a good life but It was just too busy for me. I just got to excited about things and people and animals. So much so that I played a little rough with the humans that came in. I really didn't mean to but I was just so excited to have so much going on! I really need a home that has my own persons and not a lot of traffic, just friends and family. I do have to say that I am a little bit of a special needs guy, nothing major I just have to have a special food because my body doesn't do well with all of'em. So if you have the space, time, and love to take in a guy like me I would really be grateful. I would really be ready to love you and yours until the end of eternity. Please come see me, I just know we are going to love each other.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wyatt, a Murphysboro Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Murphysboro, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Murphysboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Murphysboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Murphysboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Murphysboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
