Fergus's Story...
Fergus....What can we say about this absolutely handsome man?? Fergus came in from the cold just last week and is really loving it.

We spent an hour combing out the matts (from living outside) and the entire time he was purring and making biscuits. Then he rolled over to get his belly done. Fergus will make you the bestest kitty friend and will love you furrever,

Fergus is neutered, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for Felv and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fergus, a Greensboro Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
