Meet Nougat, 6 week old Tibetan Spaniel mix. His mama is a Tibetan Spaniel mix (Papa is unknown). The family was rescued from Los Angeles East Valley Shelter. Nougat is a very sweet guy who loves his belly rubbed. Nougat's adoption include his neuter, microchip, vaccines and dewormer.
