Cleopatra's Story...
7-8 year old, Female, Wedgie Siamese

Let me tell you something. Getting older is not for Sissies and I am certainly not one. I am a loving girl, quiet with a sweet lamb meow, and I don’t need much. Well, I do need a loving human(s) and a warm lap...that would make me super happy. I am thin but healthy. I had a complete physical and blood work done and all is normal says the vet, which is great news.

Can you imagine that a sweet, older girl like me was found on the streets and picked up by the shelter? Lucky for me, I was taken into rescue. Now I am looking for a forever, loving home where I can spend the rest of my life.

Just to summarize: I am quiet and loving, have a healthy purr machine, and get along well with other cats and probably dogs. I would be a great addition to a quiet person or family. My favorite thing is to be by you, in your lap, or sleeping with you in a warm, comfy bed. One day, we all grow old and hope we will not be alone.

Sweet little Cleopatra was previously spayed, fully vetted, and is now ready for a great home.
She is fostered in the Elk Grove area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleopatra, a Davis Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Davis, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
