Barbie and Ken are 2 adorable Maltese that were recently released from a puppy mill. Ken, a little shy at first is becoming quite a flirt. Barbie was very shy initially and hid behind Ken. She has not had Ken to hide behind while she is recovering from her spay surgery, so she will actually come up and sniff her foster moms hand now, which is a big step for her. Barbie’s date of birth is 10/15/12 and she weighs 7.3 pounds. She was very thin when rescued but she is slowly putting on a little weight. Barbie has been spayed and had a dental. She is up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for heartworms. She is being kept on heartworm and flea and tick prevention to maintain her good health. Her foster mom would love to see Barbie and Ken adopted together if possible.
