Ahrooooo!! Barney here! I am a really sweet 6 year old tricolor male beagle. I was adopted about 3 years ago along with Millie from AZBR. The family that had us turned us into a shelter in Denver Colorado. The shelter people read our microchips and called Arizona Beagle Rescue to let them know that we were there. So, these good people from AZBR got us out of Colorado and back to Arizona! I am so happy that they saved us, we were going to be euthanized. So, I am very thankful to the volunteers that transported us all the way back here.
Its been awhile and they will need to find out how I am doing. I have gained weight and was a bit neglected when I was turned back in. So, its time to get my life back anad find a great new home that will keep me forever!! This is all any beagle wants, so lets hope its that way this time.
My foster mom reports that I am one energetic boy, and still have my puppy tendencies. I love to play with my toys, and will need good strong ones that will hold up to my chewing. I love to chew on them!! I really like taking walks and love to play and run around in the backyard. I am housetrained and will let you know when I need to go outside. I do get a bit excited when I play so I should probably be in a home with older kids. I get a little rough in my play. I'm still a young pup at heart! So keep me in mind for becoming your new family member. I am ready to be loved and wanted by a loving family.
