Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Abby's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Abby's Story...
Abby is a 4 year old German Shepard Dog that was brought into the rescue with her sister after one owner died and the other was not able to care for the two girls. Both would do best separated and in a home where they are the only animal. She needs someone who is German Shepard savy and is NOT a first time owner. She is great with people as well as toddlers. She will require patient, consistent and daily obedience sessions. She is up to date on vaccines, spayed and heart worm negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Attalla German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Attalla, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Attalla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Attalla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Attalla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Attalla paves the way for another one to be saved.
