Cooper's Story...
Sometimes the cutest puppies in the world are the BIGGEST HANDFUL! That is definitely the case with mischievous little Cooper! Don't let those bedroom eyes fool you, this little rascal is nonstop action, keeping his foster mom on her toes all day long! We are searching for the perfect adopter for Cooper, one that will love him forever, provide him plenty of room to romp, and commit to basic training (which we recommend for ALL puppies). We are unsure of his breed (Rottweiler mix perhaps) or size when grown. If interested in adopting Cooper, please fill out an application on our website. augustadogadoptions.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Staunton Rottweiler/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Rottweiler/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Rottweiler/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
