Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Shelby. I am a female black puppy that came to rescue with 8 siblings from the Wilkesboro shelter. I was 8 weeks old the end of January this year. My siblings and I came to rescue at just 7 weeks, when this NC shelter alerted CCR that some puppies had been turned into Animal Control. Our owner told the staff workers that we are JRT mixed pups, but these folks don't really know for sure. I could possibly be a cocker/ terrier mixed small breed dog, but my looks keep changing as I grow up. I was wormed and given first shots at the shelter and these kind folks have been updating my shots as needed per the vet for puppies at 3 week increments. Most of my siblings have been adopted and found great homes. Now it's just me and my one brother......so I hope to find my home soon.
At the rescue vet, we were all treated for coccidi and tapeworms right after we came here. I am scheduled to get my first rabies shot If you are interested in adopting me, you will need to fill out an application to be approved. I will need to be spayed at 6 months old and proof of altering must be returned to CCR for their files. A fenced backyard is an added plus! I would love to be your sweet baby girl, a great best friend and a wonderful companion to spend quality time with and love.
My adoption fee is $250.
