Norman is a male Havanese mix approximately 2 years in age. He is a bigger boy, stocky and cute, weighing 19 pounds full grown. Norman has a thick, rich, golden coat of non-shedding waves. He is absolutely the most gentle, sweetly loving young dog you would ever want to meet. Norman is quiet, mellow, well behaved, and very careful to always be on his best behavior - or at least try to do his best. He looks to his people for direction and is compliant with pretty much everything. He rides well in the car and is a good boy in public. Norman would do well in a home where he can be pampered and get lots of care and love. He has had a rough, neglectful life so far but he is still sweet as can be with a true heart of gold. Its incredible to think about someone not caring for him because he is such a kind and beautiful animal. Norman is already blossoming, trotting around happily in the backyard or rolling around in his doggie bed. He has discovered toys, something he's probably never seen before, and is darling as he investigates what they are all about. Norman is excellent with other dogs and wonderful with children. He has a very passive, patient nature. Norman walks easily on leash without pulling and likes to trot through the neighborhood. He is looking for a home where he can continue to grow, be nurtured and loved. He is going to make an outstanding, grateful, loyal pet and companion. Norman was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. He is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Norman’s adoption donation is $450 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
