Stanley's Story...

Stanley is a sweet 10 week old pup that is ready for adoption on Wednesday 2-25 for his forever home.  He is friendly and fun and gets along with everyone he meets.  He is already house broken and sleeps in a crate at night and he does not potty inside the house.  We believe he is either Lab/Rottie mix or Lab/Aussie Mix but are unsure.  Stanley and his two siblings were abandoned on the road in rural florida and came to Paw Print Hearts at 6 weeks old. His adoption fee is $350 and an adoption application is required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stanley, a Tampa Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
