My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kahn and Chinook were stray brothers found wandering around Louisiana, just in time as they were both starving to death. Our incredible foster from South Carolina heard about them and brought them home to nurse them to health and let them know they would be loved. Now Kahn and Chinook are doing much better! They get along well with the 15 or more other foster furries and are on their road to recovery. The boys have been through a lot together so we have decided it would be best to keep them together. It takes a special family to adopt these two boys together. Although they are still around 40 lbs, we are providing them with a healthy diet that will probably get them to their goal weight of 50 lbs. Kahn and Chinook are not overly active and we rarely hear from them. On occasion one will howl slightly for attention, but we think he deserves it! Kahn has one blue and one brown eye, Chinook has two brown eyes. They are learning to be friendly and trust, and we are certain with a home of their own they will do just that. We would like to keep them with older children because they are not used to the activity of young kids and we don't want to scare them. Empty nesters and retirees would also be perfect! These boys are heart worm negative, have been neutered, up to date on shots, wormed and microchipped. Full vetting and transport up north for BOTH of them is included in their total $600 adoption fee. If you would like to bring these boys home and make them your own, please copy and paste this link to your web browser to fill out our online adoption application, http://members.petfinder.com/~CT243/sampleform.html. We cannot be certain what their true mix is. They must be adopted together.
