Victor's Story...
Hello my name is Victor
I am an 8 year old male Chihuahua who came to Freedom from Quebec City.

Victor8 year old Male Chihuahua Introducing Victor, a little dog with a big personality! This adorable goof will look at you suddenly, wag his tail and start running the other way, wanting to be chased. When he wants attention or a treat, he sits on his hind legs and swings his front paws. Victor likes to spend his days exploring the house and yard and snuggling with people. Although calm and quiet most of the time, he gets nervous when he hears loud noises and will bark or growl in response. We recommend a quiet home with older kids. Victor is a real joy to have around and greets you like royalty when you come home!

Victor's Adoption Fee is $300.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victor, a Ottawa Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Ottawa, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Ottawa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ottawa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ottawa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ottawa paves the way for another one to be saved.
