Sacramento- Roxy is a 5 year old Miniature dachshund. She is a bit reserved right now and still coming out of her shell in her new environment (I've met her a few times in the past and know this isn't normal for her.) She is pretty timid about being picked up or approached but is very happy to see me. She is good with dogs, lived with lots of littles and doesn't seem to care about my big ones, an d cats. She was living in a situation which was neglectful and hasn't received the time and attention she deserved. She is working on crate/house training but all she wants to do so far is cuddle on the couch or have a toy thrown for her on occasion, and avoid going outside as much as possible!

She will be spayed, microchipped and receive her dhpp and rabies vaccine prior to adoption. You can find our adoption process and apply online at:
