With Forgotten Cats over 2 years, with foster over a year!  Destiny (FCID# 02/03/2015 - 422) - a name for a beautiful, sleek, adult female cat who overcame a major setback in North Philly to be available for a forever home.  She has the intelligent tilt and watchful gaze that cats have perfected over thousands of years. Poor Destiny was rescued in February 2015 by Forgotten Cats. It was good that she was rescued but sad that she is still waiting for her special owner. She was less than a year old at the time. She is now 3+. She is forgotten for now but is waiting for that perfect person who loves the mystery of black cats. Forgotten Cats has not been able to find her a home, probably because she is a black cat. How sad to be judge by her fur. She developed some anxiety due to being in cages for so long a time and is still a little skittish about being picked up. She is more of your 'scratch me please' while you are sitting down. She is accepted by the other cats and is non-aggressive toward them and joins in with 'treat' time. She becomes more of a delight and precious every day. If you are interested in giving me a forever home, please contact, Tom Rhine, at 302.478.5096

About Forgotten Cats

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission is to humanely reduce the homeless and unwanted cat population through Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return (TNVR).

Each month, we spay/neuter and vaccinate an average of 800 kittens and adult cats at our two clinics and adopt-out 70-80 socialized cats. Forgotten Cats finds homes for socialized cats through 5 PetSmart Adoption Centers in DE and PA and through Petco and Pet Supplies Plus in PA. We also have wonderful foster families who care for kittens and cats of all ages until they are ready to meet you at one of our adoption centers. Additionally, we have barn cats available for adoption.

Not quite sure you are ready to be a full-time cat parent? Please consider our foster program! You can care for a cat/kitten for as little as two days, a couple of weeks, or longer. It's up to you. Please contact us!

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Please see our website for the list of needed supplies for running our spay/neuter clinic under "Donations in Kind": http://www.forgottencats.org/support.php. We can always use scratching pads to attach to the cats' condos and canned kitten/adult food. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for your support in giving our cats a second chance.
