Destiny (FCID# 02/03/2015 -442) was rescued from North Philly in February 2015 by Forgotten Cats. She was less than a year old at that time. She is a precious 2-1/2 year-old now. Forgotten Cats has not been able to find her a home, probably because she is a black cat. She developed some anxiety due to being in cages for so long a time. I began fostering her in mid-December 2015. I have six cats of my own and after relaxing for a bit and becoming familiar with all of us Destiny began to blend in. She is still a little skittish about being picked up but comes to me for scratches, rubs, and lap sitting. She is accepted by the other cats, is non-aggressive towards them and joins in with the others at treat time. She becomes more of a delight and precious every day. If you are interested in giving Destiny a forever home, please contact me, Tom Rhine, at 302.478.5096.
