Sarge's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sarge's Story...
Sarge is a 4-7 year old min pin mix weighing about 18 pounds. Sarge had a rough start but is really learning to love life now! He is great with every dog he meets. He has not learned to play with other dogs yet but enjoys their company. He would do best as an only dog or with others who will not make him roughhouse. Sarge is house-trained and will also potty on a leash. He is wonderful on a leash - in fact, walking is his favorite thing to do! He has a bounce to his step walking a trail. His other favorite thing to do is give kisses. He's a cuddle bug always. He is a little growly with males initially but warms up to them quickly. He won't turn down a pet from anyone! What's the cutest thing about him? Sarge is missing his two bottom canines so he sleeps with his tongue hanging out :)

Sarge is fully vetted and completely deserving of a loving forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sarge, a Huntsville Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
