He arrived to the Apple Valley Animal Shelter as a stray with scars on his face, not neutered or micro-chipped, very little is known about Buckley's past. What we're sure of, is that at one point he had a family- he's a very social boy. He's loving with people and other dogs, and if you have a cat we feel comfortable enough testing him around cats.
This is what his foster has to say... Buckley loves to run and play, he plays fetch, sits on command, lays, and shakes with his paw. He is great with children. He has a special bark when he's anxious. He is big and lovable and protective. He is best in a home where he is the only dog, or has an alpha personality human. He is a very quick learner!

Some more fun facts:
He loves to explore new places- after a few sniffs and some peeing he loves napping.
He loves chewing on bully sticks
He's great in the car
