Meet Romeo! He's super sweet and loves to cuddle with you on the couch. He is crate trained and doesn't mind being in the crate during the day while away at work, but he is safe to leave out in the house too. He is somewhat of a couch potato but still loves a short walk or good run around the yard. He quickly learned sit and has almost learned how not to jump. He does need a fenced yard as he is not great with the leash, but we’re working on that!
Romeo is a little afraid of men and sometimes doesn’t get along with male dogs his size. However, he would be a great dog for a couple or a single woman. Recommend that he is only around older children as he can be skittish with loud noises and movements. Romeo loves to be loved and is looking for his Juliet!
(Romeo does get very scared at adoption day at Petco so if you’re interested in meeting him, please let Proverbs know and a meet and greet can be arranged.)
Romeo's foster had a DNA test done - he is a well mixed boy primarily Blue Heeler, Golden, Gt Pyr and lab
