Hey, hey, hey! My name is Rey! Let's just go ahead and get to the point, shall we? I'm a smart and spunky American Bulldog/Staffordshire Terrier mix looking for a forever family to love me, feed me, treat me like a princess, a playmate and the perfect sweetheart I am. There! Now we can go ahead and talk more about how wonderful I am and what kind of family I'm interviewing for!
First, a bit more about me! I'm just under two years old, around 50lbs, spayed, up to date on my vaccinations and housebroken! I love kids and think they are just about the best thing ever! I'm playful and think I have a pretty great sense of humor. I'd think an awesome active family or single guy or gal who wants a buddy would be perfect! I'm a pretty smart gal if I do say so myself, and I to figure things out. One of my favorite pastimes is watching and sniffing for squirrels and chipmunks in the back yard!
People mean everything to me, and I love working to please them. That said, it'd be nice if my new family wasn't so new to this whole responsible for a dog thing! I really want to learn how to be the best dog I can be, so someone with some experience would be awesome! I'm not a huge fan of other dogs or cats. I think I'm enough pup for one family, and want to be the center of your attention! OH! And you have to like kisses. I give kisses. A lot. =)
I've not met a person I didn't like, and I'm thrilled to greet everyone who comes my way. I've been told that I'm an awesome pup and that I'd be the perfect addition to a loving home.
My perfect family/person will be an active one! Let's go running! How about a walk? I really love them and with a bit more training I will do really well. Let's play with some toys! I love to goof around and be a jokester. The best place for this is the backyard! Oh! I'll need a fenced in yard to romp in, I'm not budging on that one! I want to stretch my legs and go go go! But...I also like to relax. Let's watch TV and chill on the sofa! I'm a champion cuddler, you know! I don't HAVE to sleep with you in bed. But if you insist, I guess I'm okay with that! ;)
As much as I like to hang out, I'm also content to be alone and relax in the house while you are at work or out and about. I'm not destructive or mischievous!
Now, here's a recap of what I'm looking for in a family:
-Active and playful, but likes to settle down too
-Previous experience with owning and training a dog
-Willing to teach me new tricks and help perfect my manners
-Have a fenced yard
-Love kisses
-No other dogs or cats. Remember, I'm the princess!
