My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BOLT - Mountain cur mix, male, 1 year, 40 lbs. Bolt has been through many changes in his young life. He was found, in rough shape, when he tried to get into the ER of a Tennessee hospital. In spite of his difficulties, he is affectionate, playful, and likes nothing better than a walk and a belly rub. He will cuddle next to you on the couch, but he also likes quiet time on his bed. Bolt is housebroken and has very good house manners. At night he sleeps quietly on his bed. We prefer not to have him alone for a long workday; he loves his people too much. Bolt does well with kids and other dogs. He didn’t pay any attention to the cats when cat tested. When Bolt was found he had a bad infection in his foot and had to have a toe amputated. Despite walking with a limp, he still cheerfully greets everyone he meets and investigates everything. Won’t you give this lovable, unflappable guy a chance at a new life?
