American Shorthair Cat for adoption in Brooklyn, New York - Snuggles and Bubbles

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Snuggles and Bubbles's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, declawed, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Snuggles and Bubbles's Story...
Bubbles and Snuggles were brought to me along with their mother (who was immediately adopted).
They're bouncy, active kitties who are curious about everything.
They both love to have their backs scratched.
Bubbles (the boy) is the bolder of the two.
Snuggles (his sister) is a little timid, but sweet.
They have an unfortunate history of ganging up on other cats in the room and
bullying them -- but they're great with each other and recently they've been
befriending some of the others, playing instead of chasing and even sleeping with them.
The only way I can tell them apart is that Snuggles has a white patch on one side of her mouth.

I've been rescuing stray animals for over forty years.
All my cats come to me because of some crisis that was no fault of theirs;
this is a safe haven until permanent homes can be found.
I know my cats well and can assist in finding the right personality for potential adopters.
All my cats are neutered, fully vaccinated and screened for feline leukemia.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snuggles and Bubbles, a Brooklyn American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
