If your thing is curling up on the couch with a good book or a good show then have we got the dog for you. Say hello to Matty! This 2-year-old, Chipin (miniature Pinscher & Chihuahua mix) is a total lap dog. While he does need and enjoy a good daily walk, Matty is happiest in his person’s arms being cuddled and told what a handsome boy he is. It is after all, very true, just look at that face. This little guy would do best in a quiet home where he can receive all the love and guidance he needs to succeed. ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
