Kenai's Story...
Kenai is a gorgeous 11 month old Boxer who has a wonderful personality! This boy is quite intelligent and you can see his mind working when you look at him! He listens well and learns quickly; he was raised with thee little boys, so he is great with kids; he was also raised with cats, so that's another plus for this handsome boy; and he gets along great with other dogs, too! He is housebroken; knows basic commands; loves to go for car rides; likes to play with toys; and is very sweet! Kenai is current on his vaccinations and will be ready to go to his new loving forever home as soon as he has been neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kenai, a Gridley Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Gridley, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Gridley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gridley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gridley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gridley paves the way for another one to be saved.
