Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Neo (short for Neapolitan) is an adorable adult, tri-colored, male guinea pig. When he isn't snacking on romaine, he loves to be snuggled up next to you. He is a very patient pig and does very well with kids. Neo is a huge sweetie and adores human interaction. He is still a bit hesitant about being picked up but one you have in safe in your arms he readily snuggles with you accepts lots of pets. His adoption fee is $35.
RCHS guinea pigs live in loving foster homes where they are socialized, given sufficient exercise outside of their cage, and fed a diet of grass hay, Timothy pellets, and fresh vegetables daily to maintain a healthy weight. Guinea pigs do require a vet trained in exotic animal medicine and have special housing and dietary needs. We encourage you to please research guinea pigs thoroughly before adopting.
