Tinsel is a fiesty little girl that loves to play and love her foster mom. She is an alpha girl that likes to boss the other foster dogs around but also loves to play with them . She has a shiny black coat and loves to have a good old belly rub. She weighs about 15 lbs and is about 4 months old. She is spayed, microchipoped, has all of her shots and is on heartworm and flea medication. Her adoption fee is 400.00
