Cozy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cozy's Story...
Cozy was in the isolation ward at the South LA shelter. Her back legs were locked in a "sit" position and she could only walk on her hind legs. Our amazing orthopedist unlocked her kneecaps and 3 surgeries later, this little lady is walking like a real dog.

Cozy is social - she lives with big dogs and little dogs. She needs some work on leash but honestly, we are just happy she is walking. She is housebroken and crate trained.

Cozy's hobbies are snuggling and sleeping late on Sunday

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cozy, a West Los Angeles Italian Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Italian Greyhound puppy from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
