Tia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tia's Story...
Tia is a very sweet girl. She is extremely shy at first, but will steal your heart when she warms up to you! Tia weighs about 12 lbs and is 2 years old. She leaves our other dogs and cats alone completely. She is house trained..has never had an accident in our house, and sleeps in a kennel at night. (Although she would prefer to sleep on the bed with us and always tries to sneak up there!) She is especially timid around men, but will follow any and all the females in the home around faithfully. This sweetie deserves a forever home with a loving family

The $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, rabies tag, heartworm test, and 1st month's flea/tick & heartworm preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tia, a San Antonio Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
