Justin's Story...
Hi there! I'm Justin! Wowee! I'm somethin' else! My foster mommy says I have no reason to be as sweet & loving as I am with all that I've been through. I am such a good boy! And I love everyone!! I was turned in to the local shelter as part of something called a seizure case? I don't know nothin' about that. All I know is I was hungry all the time and the people at the shelter said I was way too skinny. They reached out to local rescues for help cuz I needed TLC so I could TKB. St. Francis snatched me up & I am eating 24/ 7 & getting to be a BIG BOY! My foster mommy makes sure I always got lots to eat & someone to snuggle on. When I'm not in her lap, I"m curled up with my new kitty friends. I can't wait to meet you & cuddle with you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justin, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
