He might look like a canine, but we're pretty sure Arthur is secretly just a big teddy bear. He is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and give kisses. We tried spoiling him with a big pile of new toys but he preferred to just snuggle with the nearest human. Arthur is neutral with other dogs and mostly minds his own business. We haven’t cat tested him ourselves, but his rescuers say he’s a friend to everyone he meets: dogs, cats and kids alike.
