Here's what the humans have to say about me:
CALEB is without question the sweetest dog you could ever hope to meet! He is perfect with other dogs of all ages and sizes. He loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home, but isn't as high energy as the typical lab. After a play session, he curls up next to whoever will let him for a nap. He has yet to have an accident in the house or the crate at his foster home. He is wonderful in the house, but doesn't mind walks or outside time even in the cold. He is shy at first but as soon as you start petting him he will give you sweet kisses. He rides calmly in the car. CALEB's gentle yet fun nature make him a fantastic addition for most any family.
CALEB is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
His $450 adoption fee includes interstate health certificate and transport to the New England area.
An adoption application on CALEB can be found at the following link: http://wp.me/P73YMd-1h
Please email the completed application to weatherley.woofriver@gmail.com.
All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
