Tiger's Story...

I came here to the Blue Moon Cat Sanctuary from a home where I was not appreciated very much. So many hours of each day I was locked in a small bathroom and not allowed to be the kitten I am. Then I checked in here. I began to cry kitty tears of happiness. Suddenly, I was free…free to climb, jump, run and explore. I couldn’t believe it, but I was also allowed to take naps on the soft chairs, in my own personal fleece bed, on the back of the couch or in the recliner. My new shelter mommy and daddy now hold me, carry me around and sit on the floor and play games with me. Hey…take your time adopting me. I’m in kitty Heaven here and am loving every minute of it. I am about 7 months old, super sweet and affectionate, neutered and am current with all my shots. My adoption fee is only $55. Just call 479-677-3021 or 479-312-6858.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger, a Witter Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Witter, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Witter.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Witter already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Witter breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Witter paves the way for another one to be saved.
