Fenway's Info...

Fenway's Story...
FENWAY came in with his brother Wallace from another rescue. He is a 6 month old German Sheppard/ St. Bernard mix. This big boy likes to carry his treats in his mouth before he eats them. He loves behind the ear rubs, and hanging on your lap. Fenway appears to have minimal training and will need an owner that will teach him what he needs to know in order to reach his full potential.

If you want to apply for Fenway, please visit the rescue between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. All applications will be considered and the adoption coordinator will call the person chosen to adopt the dog after the available date.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fenway, a Meridian German Shepherd Dog/St. Bernard puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/St. Bernard for sale in Meridian, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/St. Bernard breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
