Simon's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Simon's Story...
Simon is not your typical kitten! He is what you might call an OLD SOUL.

He is VERY LAID back, quiet and unassuming… Sometimes you won’t even know he’s there and then all of a sudden he’s next to you purring and arching his back just waiting for a loving touch.

This handsome boy came to us with his younger siblings and he was the ultimate big brother. He would watch over the younger kittens, he would clean them and keep them in line when they were misbehaving. Now that they have found their Forever Families it’s time for Simon to have a chance to be the center of attention and to have a family to care for him.

He obviously gets along with other kitties, young or old. He doesn’t seem to have an opinion about the small dog in his current foster home so he would probably do great with a NICE dog that would want to be friends.

If you are looking for a quiet, sweet and loving kitty to add to your family, then Simon might just be the puurrrrfect fit. (Birthday: 6/2015)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a Palmdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Palmdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Palmdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
