Bear is a perfect name for this big old love of a dog! He's a very big boy, weighing in around 100 pounds. Bear is about 13 years old, but sure doesn't act his age. He enjoys being outside with his humans and does like the company of other dogs and cats, too. Bear loves getting attention. He is quiet and gentle.
For an old man, Bear's health is perfect except for one important organ - his heart. He is in the very early stages of heart disease. Bear is on several heart medications to slow down the disease and will need close and continuous monitoring. He will live out his life as a permanent resident of The Old Dog House. Bear is available for monthly or one-time sponsorship to help with his ongoing medical care. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
