Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ollie is a cream colored Spaniel mix (best guess) who is about one year old and weighs 13 pounds. He is a sweet boy who loves to snuggle and play with his stuffed toys. He has medium energy, loves nothing better than to be with his person, gets along well with other medium to small dogs, He is kind of shy but with a little encouragement, he will go to people. Ollie likes to ride in the car, with a carseat that allows him to see everything as he travels he is a happy camper. At this time, he lacks confidence on the leash but is gaining confidence with the help of his foster family. He will make someone a great companion. He would do well with children age 10 and up.
(An adoption donation of $300 is required.) If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
