Lia was rescued from a local shelter with her 5 siblings. She looks like she may have some lab in her. She is approx 3 months old and 12 lbs at 2/1/16. She is going to be upwards of 30 lbs. She has a very sweet disposition and loves to play with her foster buddies. She is not fully house trained and will also need leash and obedience training, she is not suitable for an apt. and would like a doggy buddy to play with.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Andi, a Norwalk Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
