Dewey is Adorable. He is 1 of 5 rescued from a hoarding situation. He was very scared and untouchable. Dewey is finally beginning to trust people and will now give kisses and walk next to you.

He is very shy but you can see he wants to be brave. He needs someone with time and patience to bring out the puppy in him. He is very playful with the other dogs and will take treats from your hand. Dewey is about 8 mths old. He deserves to have a forever home and enjoy his puppy years.
Dewey, Dachshund Mix has been shared from Shelter Exchange.

Our Adoption Process...

We have implemented a new program; Foster 2 Adopt. This two week program will give both you and your foster animal time to get know each other and see if it is a compatible match. We will be checking in with you after the first week, and are available for support through the entire process. During these two weeks, we will work with you to facilitate training sessions if necessary, necessary appointments for your rescue animal and address and questions / concerns you may have. At the culmination of these two weeks; you can choose to formally adopt.
