My name is Clyde. I am a handsome pure white Miniature Schnauzer with the cutest tail wag you’ll ever see! I was found wandering the streets of Toledo with my sweetheart, Bonnie. After being released from a shelter, we were taken in by Schnauzer Rescue of Cincinnati/Florida.
Fortunately, I was transferred with Bonnie to my foster home where there are three other dogs and a cat! I get along fine with the dogs, but I can’t seem to get that cat out of my mind. Homes with cats may not be considered.
I’m about 6-8 years old, housebroken and weigh 15 pounds. I have been neutered, had a recent dental and I am up to date on my shots, heart worm medication and flea prevention. My foster mom takes me to work sometimes and I love meeting new people, men and women alike.
I haven’t been around children so I will only be considered for adoption to homes with adults or older children. Every now and then I play with a toy or chew a bone, but I’d rather just curl up on your lap and snuggle! I love being in a fenced yard and come right in when I’m called. I’m not great on a leash as I pull a little, but I’m getting better at it.
I am OK using a crate when my foster mom goes to work, but I do miss her and cry a little for a few minutes. I sleep in my foster mom’s bedroom and never make a fuss at night. My foster mom says I’m a good boy and she gives me lots of kisses so I know she means it!
I’d love to find a forever home with Bonnie. She takes such good care of me. Would you consider adopting both of us? Applications may be accepted separately, but the rescue would prefer to keep this bonded pair together if possible. Bonnie and I are being fostered in North Canton, Ohio by Patty. My adoption fee is $275. The fee for both of us is $525.
