My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Check this girl out! This is Sweet Pea!! Sweet Pea is a mix between an Australian Cattle Dog and a Blue Heeler. This pretty girl is on her second chance at life!!!! I thought she deserved her own highlights!!!!!! She is the result of some incorrect training methods. Because of this, she lashed out at a fear response…which ended her up at the shelter. I didn’t know this when I went in to get her out of her kennel. I’m happy that I didn’t. She was the PERFECT angel for me! She let me put the leash on her and on our way we went. She hugged my legs when we walked….she knows what to do…she’s SO SMART!!! Not only that but she’s BEAUTIFUL!!!! The owner also said she chased their goats…..ummm…last time I checked cattle dogs are born and bred to herd. This is natural instinct for her!! If you don’t want her to herd, keep her away from the animals. Right???!!!! Anyway, you won’t be sorry if you consider Sweet Pea as the newest member of your family!!! She is a submissive dog…when I leaned over to pet her, she sat and bowed her head. It’s very sad really! This girl is just a DOLL! The owner is the loser in this situation, not the dog. Now, lets find her a new place to call HOME!!!!! Check her out at the shelter !!!!
